07/03/26 — (Docket-adjacent) A closer look at the Leslie Sloane’s extraction/ discovery documents: which texts don’t appear, and why?

The text between the red brackets is what does not appear in the extraction from Leslie Sloane’s discovery — though it is present in the screenshots James Vituscka provided to Melissa Nathan and Bryan Freedman.

This appears to be Sloane’s discovery based on the Bates numbering at the bottom (Docket #1245-106). It is the first time these texts appear in the docket outside the screenshot format submitted with the First Amended Complaint (Docket #50). Thoughts? Download document for better viewing.
